Service Description

Personalised advice and practical assistance for individuals and families who need help with a specific aged care question or task. Use this service to understand your aged care options, clarify information or receive support with a specific question or appointment. It can also be an opportunity to meet Georgia, discuss what matters to you and see whether Clear Pathway feels like the right fit. Together, we can explore which Clear Pathway services or packages may best suit your circumstances, with no pressure or obligation to purchase further support. $220 per hour including GST, with a one-hour minimum. Additional agreed time is $55 per 15 minutes including GST. We agree the focus, scope, estimated time and spending limit before starting. Preparation, document review and follow-up count towards the agreed time. Comprehensive written plans, detailed provider research and service implementation are quoted separately. Package credit: up to $220 from your first paid appointment towards a standard or tailored package purchased within 30 days for the same client. Applies once; additional hours and provider-funded work are excluded. All bookings require Georgia's approval. Private-client travel within 20 km driving distance of our Redcliffe base is included. Additional return travel beyond this area is quoted upfront at $110 per hour including GST and vehicle costs; parking and tolls are agreed separately. Providers may request tailored services under a separate agreement.
