Experience Across the Aged Care Journey
With over 15 years’ experience across direct care, case management and aged care assessment, I bring specialist knowledge of the aged care system and a practical understanding of what quality, reliable care means in everyday life.
My experience spans hands-on care, managing Home Care Packages—since replaced by Support at Home—and supporting Commonwealth Home Support Program participants, through to conducting My Aged Care assessments to identify individual care needs and appropriate support pathways. Having worked across these roles, I understand how care is assessed, planned and delivered, and how to help when the steps in between become complicated.
Why I Created Clear Pathway
I created Clear Pathway after seeing families struggle with confusing processes and the gap between completing an assessment and actually getting services in place. My purpose is to provide a clear pathway to the advice, guidance and practical support you need to move forward feeling informed, empowered and in control.

I offer specialist aged care navigation advice, personalised planning, assessment preparation, advocacy and assistance choosing providers and arranging services. I can also support you at important appointments, help communicate your wishes and coordinate next steps. Whether you need assistance now or simply want a plan for the future, my support is tailored to your circumstances.

My holistic approach looks beyond immediate care needs to consider independence, wellbeing and family circumstances. Qualifications and the People Behind My Purpose
I hold a Certificate III in Aged Care and a Diploma in Community Services Coordination, complemented by specialised dementia training. My grandparents were a significant part of my upbringing, and helping manage their care gave me a personal understanding of the responsibility families carry.
That connection underpins my deep respect for older generations—their knowledge, humour, individuality and contribution. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and involved in decisions about their life. Through Clear Pathway, I combine that commitment with professional experience to help you find support that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.
The People Behind My Purpose
My grandparents are at the heart of why Clear Pathway exists. They taught me that older people deserve to feel heard, respected and supported—not overwhelmed by systems or left uncertain about what comes next. Their confidence in my ability to listen, find solutions and bring people together shaped the way I work today. This business is my way of helping other older people and families receive the same patience, dignity and genuine care that I would want for my own family.
