One fixed price covering Stage 1 and Stage 2. Includes up to 90 minutes with Georgia to understand your situation, followed by analysis, research and a personalised written Clear Pathway Action Plan delivered within five business days. Includes one clarification email and a complimentary 15-minute follow-up call if requested within seven days. A free 15-minute Pathway Call is available before booking. Assessment Advocacy can be added for $385 including GST, or booked as a standalone Assessment Preparation & Advocacy service for $825 including GST. Provider calls, applications, assessment attendance and implementation are not included unless separately quoted and approved.

Care Implementation & Provider Navigation

Practical support to put an agreed plan into action. This may include reviewing approvals and budgets, provider research and comparisons, approved provider contact, arranging meetings, service set-up and coordination. The scope and final fee are confirmed before work begins. Ad Hoc Aged Care Navigation Support is available at $200 per hour including GST for existing clients or pre-agreed discrete work only. Time is billed in 15-minute increments, and all additional work requires manual approval before it begins. Clear Pathway remains independent and receives no provider commissions or referral fees.
Complete Plan + Implementation
From $2,420 incl. GST
End-to-end navigation for families who want one coordinated package from planning through implementation. Includes the Comprehensive Plan, agreed assessment preparation or advocacy, provider navigation and service set-up within a defined, individually quoted scope. Pricing starts from $2,420 including GST. Any work outside the agreed package is discussed and manually approved before it begins. Clear Pathway cannot guarantee eligibility, funding, provider availability or outcomes.
